SUMMARY. We present a case report of a woman, 35 years old, smoker, who came to our clinic with cough, dyspnea, fatigue and loss of weight, reporting multiple recurrent pulmonary infections during last year. The CT of the lung showed bilateral multiple thin walled cysts, as well as nodular lesions, while the CT of the brain demonstrated osteolytic lesion in the left temporal bone. BAL showed that OCT-6 (CD1) were 12% and the diagnosis of eosinophilic granuloma of the lung was confirmed. Pneumon 2006, 19(3):265-271.
